We're doing a Come and Sing Haydn's Creation at St Mark's Church, Broomhill, Sheffield on Sun 19 June. It's part of the Broomhill Festival (
http://www.broomhill-festival.org.uk/) and the event will raise money for City of Sanctuary (
https://cityofsanctuary.org/) who work to support refugees. It's a cracking sing. We're doing it with organ accompaniment; Peter Heginbotham is playing organ, and the soloists are David Ryder, Emma Caroe and Daniel Livermore/
It's a one-day event with payment and music available on the door. If you could let me know if you plan to come using the form below I'd appreciate it as it'll mean I know who to expect and can plan the rehearsal accordingly.
The rehearsal is 1.30 - 5.00pm (with a break), the concert 5.30pm. The performance will be about 1 hour. We're going to do all of the choruses and some of the solos. The cost is singers £8 including refreshments and score hire (available on the day), audience members £4. Both are payable on the door and music is available on the door. If you have any questions please feel to get in touch. I'm David Willington -
