Individuals interested in attending the March 13th OYAA Soccer Referee training are asked to complete this form.  Attendance at one of the three classes is required to be eligible to officiate OYAA soccer games during the Spring 2022 season.

Class 1:  Wednesday, March 23rd
Arrive:  5:30pm     Starts: 6:00pm      Ends: 8:30pm

Referees must be 12 years old (or older) by Friday, April 8th.
