FORM A:  Priority Booking - Hotel+Bridge Packages 2022
PRIORITY BOOKING: We are giving priority to those who book the Bridge & Hotel package through our organisation.  

If one (or more) of the occupants of the room will be participating in the bridge tournament, the reservation MUST BE MADE IN THE NAME OF A PLAYER (rather than a non-participant) in order to benefit from the special package rates.

Please also note that for the OPEN PAIRS tournament only, although your reservation will be guaranteed once payment is made, registration for the Open Pairs will be complete only once we have been informed of the names of BOTH players in the partnership.  If you do not know at this stage with whom you will be playing in the OPEN PAIRS, you must either let us know before the start of the tournament, or register in person no later than 2pm on Monday 7th November. (Partnership information is not required for the OPEN TEAMS until team entry forms are submitted during the tournament.)

We will contact you within a few days to confirm your entry and request further details (please use an email address you check regularly).  Payment information will be provided once we have received the details requested in our first email.
