New Vision Charter School is committed to providing families with the resources they need during this time of remote learning. If you are in need of a Chromebook, please complete this form for each child.  

This form must be filled out by August 14 at 3:00 p.m.  Chromebooks will be checked out during your child's designated "Meet the Teacher" and testing time the week of August 24 - 28.  If your family is doing our online program through FVLS, you may also request a Chromebook.  Your online teacher will be scheduling a time with you to pick up your reserved Chromebook.  

One parent must accompany their child to the Meet the Teacher appointment and testing to pick up the Chromebook.  It is important to note that this Chromebook is on loan from New Vision and if broken or not returned, parents/guardians will be responsible for the cost to fix or replace. The student must only use the Chromebook to access school/district online resources for learning purposes, and activity is monitored through our monitoring software.
