Use this form to register with the NC Association for Property and Evidence as a vendor/sponsor for an upcoming conference. We have several levels of sponsorship that you may be interested in.
ATTENTION NEW RATES FOR 2024 (Our only increase since 2010)
Platinum Level - This allows you to attend the conference and have a table outside the training room and speak with our attendees while they are outside the training room. If you wish you will also be given a chance to speak to all the attendees in the training room during our Sponsor Hour (the amount of time depends on how many Platinum Levels we have). Last your Company's Logo and website link will be placed on our website Home Page for a year. $600.00 per conference.
Gold Level - This allows you to attend the conference and have a table outside the training room
and speak with our attendees while they are outside the training room. $450.00 per conference.
Silver Level - This is for those who CANNOT attend conference but want to get some information about your company to our attendees. With this level you will send the Conference Committee any material you wish to give the attendees: this can include pamphlets, brochures, leaflets, and/or small gifts such as ink pens or novelty items. $200.00 per conference.
If you sign up at either level above, there are additional options for you if you wish to do more for the association and have more recognition for your company.
Diamond Level - This makes you the Official Sponsor of the Conference Social, which includes a live DJ, a Cash Bar and decorations. There is ONLY ONE Diamond Level per conference and will be awarded on a first come basis at the time of the conference announcement. $1,000.00 per conference.
Full Break - This will make you the Official Sponsor of one (or more) of the scheduled breaks during the conference with company recognition both before and during the break. There are up to four (4) breaks per conference and will be awarded on a first come basis at the time of the conference announcement. $800.00 per conference.
Half Break - This will make you a Official Co-sponsor of one (or more) of the scheduled breaks during the conference with company recognition both before and during the break. There are up to eight (8) half-breaks per conference and will be awarded on a first come basis at the time of the conference announcement. $500.00 per conference.
Beverage Cart - This will make you the Official Sponsor of the Beverage/Coffee Bar during one (or more) of the scheduled breaks during the conference with company recognition both before and during the break. There are up to four (4) breaks per conference and will be awarded on a first come basis at the time of the conference announcement. $250.00 per conference.
The Association also offers a multi-Conference discount. Prior to the Spring Conference each year you can request to become a Vendor/Sponsor for both conferences (Spring and Fall) and receive a little discount. If you would be interested in that check the box below.
