Class Organizers are volunteers who bring their classmates together for a reunion!ย
Class Organizers:ย
- Are the contact person for their class
- Encourage classmates to attend U of A Days (Sept 19 - 22, 2024)
- Are liaisons with the Office of Alumni Relations and/or their Faculty
- Make decisions about how and when their class will get together!ย
What do I do as a Class Organizer?
The role of Class Organizer can take very little time and effort โ although you can certainly do as much or as little as you would like!ย Class organizers typically:ย
- Attend at least one function with their classmates during U of A Days
- Write up to three letters to your classmates (We will help with mailing letters!)
- Update us with any address changes for your classmates
We understand that the timing of U of A Days (Sept 19 - 22)ย is not
ideal for everyone. We are still happy to help you plan a reunion, but please be
aware that not everything on campus will be open
or available during certain times of the year.
