Please read the following directions thoroughly before filling out the form below! Thank you!

Please note: You can be the Medina County Showbiz Production of Wizard of Oz (those rehearsal/ performance dates will be excused). You can be in the Summer Youth Wadsworth Footlighters Production (some of those rehearsal/performance dates will be excused, we will work with the Footlighters on this).

Please double check your schools' Homecoming dates. Beauty and the Beast Jr very unfortunately falls on the Medina High School Homecoming Weekend (bummer, we know!). It may also fall on additional school district Homecoming celebrations. Please check.  

All rehearsals will take place at either St. Paul's Episcopal Church - 317 E Liberty St, Medina OH Or Medina UCC 217 E Liberty St, Medina OH from July 20th - September 25th. Rehearsals and performances from September 30th - October 13th take place at the Haddad Theatre (144 N Broadway, Medina)

1. Please ONLY comment on a date if you need to miss rehearsal, or are going to be late, or need to leave early. If you do not have a conflict with a date you can just skip the question. 

2. Please note that conflicts from September 30th - October 10th will be difficult to accommodate and may or may not be excused. 

3. Absolutely no conflicts will be accepted on show dates from October 11th-13th.

4. Please be as honest and thorough as possible. We understand that you may not know all your childrens' activities for Summer/Fall 2024. If your child is trying out for a sport but you are unsure if they will be on the team please include those conflicts  We would rather know about a possible, but not confirmed conflict rather than find out once rehearsals begin. This helps us greatly with the rehearsal planning process. 

5. Not all cast will be called to rehearsal on every date listed below. We will do our very best of communicating exactly when each character is called. All cast will be called September 30th thru October 13th.

6. Please consult all family calendars (vacations, sports, camps, and other scheduled activities).  We realize that you may not know all conflicts, that's OK, just do your best. Please do not be discouraged if you have a good amount of conflicts. We understand that you are human and that you have other obligations. 

7. This form is due no later than May 15th at 11:59pm. Once submitted, you cannot go back and edit. If there is an additional conflict that arises AFTER you submit this form, please email producer@bctohio.org immediately.
