This form is the first step in getting your child registered for the camp!

Camp dates are: 7:45 AM- 4:00PM, Monday - Friday July 15-July 26, 2024 at Riverside Meadows Intermediate, performing at the Yuba College Theater.

In order to register your child/ children you will need to fill out this registration form. This is a no-cost program. Once received, if all areas have been completed correctly, we will send you confirmation of receipt of the form, important information about camp orientation and more!

Please have some documents ready for the following registration form. You will need: Your child's information (including date of birth, legal name, preferred name, age, dietary restrictions, and medical conditions), Your information (including legal name, preferred name, address, valid email address, and phone number).

PLEASE NOTE: Attendance at Orientation Day on July 12th is required to participate in this program!
