Dear participant,

You will be answering the packet of scales for two reasons: 1) to assess the severity of your psychological distress (for your awareness) and 2) to participate in the study where the results will be utilized for recommending policies to improve the mental health of healthcare workers and frontliners.

Answering the packet is voluntary. However, we encourage you to participate as this will help not only yourself but also to the community of healthcare workers.

The information you will share will be confidential. Meaning, your personal information will be fully secured and no other party, except for the researcher, could access it as such. The results of the test will be sent to your email account. Be assured that after sending the results to your email, the said email will be expunged to maintain confidentiality.
