The first half of the event (9:30 am - 12:15 pm) will feature speakers on a variety of perspectives related to housing justice. Anyone who wishes to learn about these issues is welcome and encouraged to join. There will be a lunch break from 12:15 pm - 12:45 pm.
At 12:45 pm, we'll move into small groups focused on specific actions. Folks who want to join a small group to collaborate with others on action items are encouraged to stay for the breakout group session.The hope is that the small groups will continue to engage in their efforts over the next few months and be able to share a product of their work at the December meeting. After the initial meeting on 8/28, groups are scheduled to meet from 10 am to 12 pm (Pacific Time) on 9/4, 10/2, 11/6, and 12/4.
