Hi Clubs,
You must fill this out in order to travel. It must be filled out one calendar week in advance of leaving USC. You will then follow up with a travel form due via hard copy to the RCC office two business days before leaving. If you fail to do this, no reimbursements will be granted. Please be as specific as possible on this.

Important Note:

A. Please remember to submit your physical copy of the travel form 2 days prior to your departure.
B. Please remember to turn in your travel roster with all members who will be going
C. If you are flying, driving, taking a bus, etc. your transportation information needs to be sent to RCC TYPED, including flight information, rental information, who is driving/in each vehicle, etc.
