UW Department of Classics Conference for Teachers: Greek Myth in a Global Context  Feb. 10, 2024, 9am-12:30pm
All are welcome to join us for this year's conference for K-12 Teachers hosted by UW Department of Classics. The conference theme is  Greek Myth in a Global Context.  All are welcome to join us for what promises to be stimulating discussion of the enduring fascination of Greek myths. There will be ample opportunity for discussion of classroom strategies for working with Greek myths in a global and comparative perspective. 

We have been authorized offer three clock hours for participants through the Puget Sound Educational Services District. There is no cost to attend the conference.

While intended primarily for educators, this conference is open to the public and you are welcome to share information about it with others whom you think may be interested, including students. Everyone is welcome. 

We will meet in person at Denny Hall 259 on the University of Washington Seattle campus.
It is also possible to join us by Zoom.
