2019 Fall Ball Season Level
Rosters:
Completed rosters are due at your first game. Roster form will be sent to you with the registration confirmation. Individual players will be placed on a team. We can also pair players together if requested.

League Payments:
League payments are due on or before your first game day
        $850 per team
Checks can be made out to Accelerate Sports
Online payment is not accepted at this time. Please submit your payment by check, cash or credit
     Payment options:
          - Call 315-507-5560 to submit payment or drop off at Accelerate Sports Complex
          - Mail payment to the address below with program, team name and age group in
            memo.
          - Pay at your teams first game
