Conducts registrations using the MIRSA PayPal or other method approved by Executive Board
Share updates for all attendees via E-Newsletter, website, etc. (ie; location, hotel, parking, etc.)
Oversees check-in on day of event
Workshop Structure
Create workshop theme and structure (ie; keynote, presentations, roundtables, etc.)
Draft a schedule for the State Workshop, with final approval by the Executive Board
Share Workshop schedule and pertinent information with all attendees (ie; program PDF and Guidebook)
Creates, disperses, and collects workshop evaluation(s)
Pre- and post-workshop events and socials
Plans and coordinates potential workshop socials, engagement and fundraising activities.
Coordinate with other MIRSA committees on engagement and fundraising activities (ie; service projects, silent auction, raffles, etc.)
Logistics and sponsorships
Coordinates conference logistics such as volunteers, giveaways, signage, meal options, hotel block, parking, and presenter/sponsor gifts.
Secure event sponsors and work with the Treasurer on sponsorship logistics.
