Terms and conditions
1. Complete the form to request borrowing or returning the books, please ensure you have a valid student tag (not expired) before submitting your request.
2. Library will contact you to confirm the availability of the books requested and the pick-up location, in return, please provide the library the pick-up date.
3. Books will be reserved for three days only and return to shelf if no reply received.
4. Library will check out the requested books under the patron account provided upon your arrival at the pick-up location.
