our DOFI (director of first impressions) team is a critical part of our customer experience.  they're the first ones you see when you walk in and the last ones when you leave. from checking clients in, keeping the studios looking fresh, answering client questions, selling class packages and memberships and so much more, this team is the one that keeps everything running smoothly day to day.
