River Bend Families that would like to receive meals during the mandated school closures are asked to fill out this form.

This is open to all families in the River Bend School District. There will be no cost to families who receive the meals.

Meals can be provided for all family members ages 0 - 18.

Each family will receive meals for breakfast and lunch.

Pickup will be in Albany and 2 Fulton locations on Mondays. Times choices are listed below
