Eco Eats: Combating Climate Change with Locally Grown Foods
What: Our environment is more closely linked with our food than we think about on a daily basis. Join us to hear several guests from the Boulder area speak about their involvement with the local food movement and the issues surrounding equitable access to healthy and environmentally-friendly food. After the panel, there will be a short audience Q&A followed by a cooking demonstration to make Mediterranean Socca flatbread using in-season locally grown produce that you can find at CSA’s and farmers’ markets in Colorado this summer.

Who: Hosted on Zoom by Environment Colorado in collaboration with Growing Gardens, Mad Agriculture, Boulder Food Rescue, and LiveWell Colorado.

When: July 1, 2020 at 5pm - 6pm MST
