Dear Friends of the Including Disability Global Summit:

As members of the Including Disability Global Summit Organizing Committee, we are inviting members to volunteer to to support Logistics, Communications, Content, and Sponsor development.

The ask is for 1-5 hours per week for 2-3 months.

If interested in volunteering with logistics, select availability below. Please note tasks associated with timeframe.

October-January - Tasks include: Create tech skills questionnaire for presenters and moderators; create tech handbook (i.e. zoom functions); design tech training (i.e. zoom functions) for moderators and presenters provide feedback and proof-reading; assist in logistics volunteer recruitment

February-April - Tasks include: Program development; Zoom Orientation; Confirm accessibility services; Assist with creating powerpoint slides; Assist with recruiting additional day of volunteers as needed; Participate in “mock” Summit zoom trials to test settings or practice with presenters

If interested in volunteering with communications, select availability below. Please note tasks associated with timeframe.

October-January - Tasks include: Registration reminders; Social Media Directory; Proofreading drafts (typos, checking links, etc.); Social media directory

February-April - Tasks include: Draft scripts; Create social media images; Registration reminders; Program comms; Proofreading drafts (typos, checking links, etc.)

January-March - Tasks include: Abstract Reviewers

March-April - Tasks include: Supporting accessibility of pre-recorded presentations, Coordinating presentation read-ahead materials with presenters

April - Tasks Include: Session Moderators

If interested in volunteering with sponsorship, select availability below. Please note tasks associated with timeframe.

October-January - Tasks include: Sponsor tracking; Proofreading drafts (typos, checking links, etc.); Develop and maintain sponsorship level list

February-April - Tasks include: Collect logos; Develop “waiting room” slides with Sponsor logos; Proofreading drafts (typos, checking links, etc.)
