Tulare Downtown Foundation Food Vendor Application
Cherry Festival is Saturday, May 18th, 2024 kicking off at 11:00 AM at 241 E. Kern Avenue, Downtown Tulare. Currently, because of health department regulations, we are booking ONLY FOOD VENDORS for the event. ONLY food vendors should apply at this time. Retail booth space signs ups begin April 20, 2024.

BOOTH FEES MUST BE PAID BY CASH OR WITH CREDIT CARD or VENMO PRIOR TO BOOTH ASSIGNMENT.
NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.

AS A FOOD VENDOR, ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY FOR HEALTH PERMIT. FOOD VENDORS MUST SUBMIT FOOD PACKETS TWENTY (20) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT UNLESS YOU ARE A MOBILE VENDOR WITH A TRUCK OR TRAILER WITH A CURRENT TULARE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECTION STICKER.

Fees are due upon approval of your application (you will receive an email with a booth assignment and payment link).
Use the online form below; All registrations must be reviewed by TDA to eliminate duplication of vendors.
Booth fees are non-refundable.


NO FOOD VENDORS CAN BE ADDED AFTER DEADLINE PER COUNTY HEALTH DEPT. DEADLINE IS APRIL 27, 2024.
