1. The participation is open for students of Class V and above.
2. A group of five students, along with one teacher escort can participate in the convention.
3. College students and volunteers can apply individually.
4. All participants must carry their photo identity card.
5. Participants are not allowed to use gadgets like mobile phones, computers, cameras etc.
6. All participants must adhere to the rules and maintain discipline and decorum on the campus. Participants must follow the schedule and take part in all activities meant for them.
7. There is no charge for participation, food, accommodation etc. during the intensives. However, the teams will have to make their own arrangements to reach Ludhiana. Pickups and drops may be facilitated from the nearest railway station.
8.     Participants will stay in school campus during convention and should reach before 9:00 am on Saturday, 04th February (Sat) and must leave after 4 pm on Sunday, 5th February.
9. A confirmation will be sent subsequently after receipt of online application.
10. Last date for registration is 15th January, 2023.
11. Please make sure that all relevant sections are duly filled-in and are correctly mentioned. Details in respect of the accompanying teacher and the person submitting this form for school students registration is must.
