As we near the date for hybrid model we want to help provide our district families with the tools to ensure a safe and healthy school environment. Our school nurses are working with a vendor to provide each family in need who does not already have a thermometer and needs access to one.  A thermometer to use at home is needed to conduct a pre-screening before leaving home each day. The thermometers are at no cost to each family in need. Please take this brief survey so we can get an idea of how many thermometers we will need to order. Priority will be given to those families that have chosen hybrid model at this time. This survey will close on Friday, January 22.
