We welcome you to a "Cooking with Culture" program. See Xiong of S&B Hmong Kitchen will teach attendees how to make a spring roll and the accompanying sauce. This program will include a presentation on Hmong culture including photos and a discussion about traditional Hmong clothing. Please note, traditional sauce for spring rolls does contain peanuts. A nut free sauce will also be available for sampling.
This program is appropriate for children ages 8 and up, as well as adults.
