This application form and agreement constitutes a non-cancellable and binding contract with a firm commitment to Red Lotus Events (RLE) with the following terms and conditions.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND DETAILS
1. You must be over 18 to make a stall booking
2. Your stall booking is not guaranteed until Red Lotus Events have approved your application in writing (verbal agreements are not accepted)
3. Your stall booking is not guaranteed until full payment has been received
4. You must have the appropriate level of insurance cover e.g. public liability for the entire event duration
We can request further information at any time and must be provided if applicable

PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATIONS
5. 100% payment upon receipt of invoice
6. Total cost excludes VAT
7. All payments in £GB pounds sterling only, Non- refundable
8. Payment by bank transfer only to Red Lotus Events, account details will be supplied on the invoice
9. When making your payment, please use your company name as the reference
10. Any cancellations or deferrals by you are subject to full payment (100%) of the booking package

PROVISIONS
11. On the event days, RLE will provide one 2m table and two chairs or bench, all other equipment, staff and materials to be provided by the stallholders
12. There will be approx. 3ft space behind your trestle table
13. All stall bookings will be provided with two event passes for stall staff for each booking day

SETUP AND PACK DOWN
14. You must be set up by 7.30pm and be packed down 15 minutes after the event closing to be in line with the event timings:
• Monday-Thursday: 8pm-11pm
• Friday-Sunday: 8pm-12am
15. The event venue is a secured building but you may not leave your items overnight at the location, Red Lotus Events, would recommend taking your stock and equipment home with you at the end of each night
16. Red Lotus Events take no responsibility, for theft, damage, loss, injury of yourself/your team or your property

PROMOTION
17. Navrangi Navratri: 29th September 2019 to 8th October 2019 and 12th October 2019 Monday-Thursday: 8pm-11pm and Friday-Sunday: 8pm-12am
18. Sharad Poonam: N/A
19. You will actively promote your stall by promoting the event on your social media platforms and your website with the event hash tags #NavrangiNavratri and #RedLotusEvents

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
20. Red Lotus Events reserves the right to postpone the event, or change the event venue in the case of unforeseen circumstances
Red Lotus Events or its security team can at any time can remove you from the premisses, if misconduct is shown.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
21. By signing this contract, you and those attending your stall on the day are in agreement not to disclose details on stall price including but not limited to stall holders, members of the public etc.
