1. Organizatorem warsztatu „VOCAL FREEDOM” z Urią Tsur w Polsce zwanego dalej VF, jest HolyStick.org 🙂

2. Możliwość uczestniczenia w VF mają jedynie te osoby, które wypełnią i prześlą formularz zgłoszeniowy oraz uiszczą odpowiednią wpłatę gwarantującą miejsce, spełniając przy tym warunki wskazane przez Organizatora.

3. Ilość uczestników VF jest ograniczona. Organizator gwarantuje udział w VF osobie, która spełniła warunki zgłoszeniowe z punktu 2, otrzymała wiadomość zwrotną potwierdzającą przyjęcie na listę uczestników oraz wpłaciła pozostającą do uregulowania kwotę za warsztat w dniu przybycia na wydarzenie (prosimy o przygotowanie odliczonej gotówki, płatności kartą lub transakcje elektroniczne nie będą akceptowane) . Informacja o zakończeniu zapisów może zostać przez Organizatora przekazana z opóźnieniem.

4. Cena warsztatu VF zawiera jedynie opłatę za uczestnictwo w zajęciach. Wszelkie inne opłaty dotyczące zakwaterowania, wyżywienia, koszty podróży, ubezpieczenia itp. uczestnik ponosi dodatkowo we własnym zakresie.

5. O przysługujących cenach promocyjnych typu „Early Birds”, „Special Offer” decyduje Organizator informując o nich na bieżąco w opublikowanym wydarzeniu w mediach społecznościowych oraz na stronie www.HolyStick.org.

6. Organizator ma prawo do odwołania wydarzenia, jeśli ilość uczestników będzie zbyt mała na pokrycie kosztów organizacyjnych. W tym przypadku osoby, które zgłosiły się na VF mają prawo do otrzymania zwrotu wpłaconych na konto Organizatora na ten cel pieniędzy.

7. W przypadku rezygnacji z udziału w VF, osobie rezygnującej nie przysługuje zwrot wartości wpłaconej kwoty gwarantującej miejsce. W przypadku polecenia na swoje miejsce innej zainteresowanej osoby kolejna wpłata gwarantująca miejsce nie będzie pobierana.

8. Organizator ma prawo do wprowadzania zmian w harmonogramie wydarzenia VF.

9. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za nieszczęśliwe wypadki podczas warsztatów VF.

10. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za zniszczenie lub zgubienie własności uczestników warsztatów jak również za szkody poczynione przez uczestnika podczas pobytu na warsztatach.

11. Przyjmujemy, że jako uczestnik dołączasz do wspólnej przestrzeni i tego konkretnego wydarzenia z własnej i nieprzymuszonej woli oraz bierzesz pełną odpowiedzialność za swoje czyny oraz stan psycho-fizyczny. Osoby chore (lub w trakcie leczenia), których stan zdrowia może mieć wpływ na inne osoby lub które mogą wymagać nagłej pomocy, prosimy o poinformowanie o tym organizatorów przed przybyciem na wydarzenie.

12. Zabrania się nagrywania oraz innego utrwalania zajęć praktycznych podczas VF bez uzyskania zgody od Organizatora – ma to posłużyć oddaniu pełnej uważności praktyce oraz nie rozpraszaniu innych.

13. Podczas VF będziemy tworzyć materiały tj. zdjęcia, reportaże, nagrania wideo. Dołączając do wspólnej przestrzeni godzisz się na wykorzystanie Twojego wizerunku na profilach promujących działalność Urii Tsur'a i HolyStick.org. Jeśli nie masz na to zgody, poinformuj nas o tym niezwłocznie.

14. Przesłanie formularza zgłoszeniowego jest równoznaczne z przyjęciem do wiadomości i zaakceptowaniem niniejszego Regulaminu oraz z wyrażeniem zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych przez Organizatora w celach informacyjnych i marketingowych zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 29 Sierpnia 1997 roku o ochronie danych osobowych Dz. U. Nr 101 poz. 926.

1. The organizer of the workshop "VOCAL FREEDOM" with Uria Tsur in Poland, hereinafter referred to as VF, is HolyStick.org 🙂

2. Participation in the VF is only possible for those who complete and send the application form and pay the appropriate payment to guarantee a place, while meeting the conditions indicated by the Organizer.

3. The number of VF participants is limited. The organizer guarantees participation in the VF to a person who has met the application conditions from point 2, received a return message confirming acceptance on the list of participants and paid the outstanding amount for the workshop on the day of arrival at the event (please have the deducted cash ready - card payments or electronic transactions will not be accepted) accepted) . Information about the end of registration may be provided by the Organizer with a delay.

4. The price of the VF workshop includes only the participation fee. All other fees related to accommodation, meals, travel costs, insurance, etc. must be borne by the participant on their own.

5. The Organizer decides about the applicable promotional prices of the type "Early Birds", "Special Offer" by informing about them on an ongoing basis in the published event in social media and on the website www.HolyStick.org.

6. The organizer has the right to cancel the event if the number of participants is too small to cover the organizational costs. In this case, people who have applied for VF have the right to receive a refund of money paid to the Organizer's account for this purpose.

7. In the event of resignation from participation in VF, the resigning person is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid to guarantee the place. In the case of recommending another interested person for his place, the next payment guaranteeing the place will not be charged.

8. The organizer has the right to make changes to the VF event schedule.

9. The organizer is not responsible for accidents during VF workshops.

10. The organizer is not responsible for the destruction or loss of workshop participants' property as well as for damages caused by the participant during their stay at the workshop.

11. We assume that as a participant you join the common space and this particular event of your own free will and take full responsibility for your actions and psycho-physical condition. People who are sick (or are undergoing treatment), whose health condition may affect other people or who may require emergency assistance, please inform the organizers before coming to the event.

12. It is forbidden to record or otherwise record practical classes during VF without obtaining the Organizer's consent - this is to ensure full attention to practice and not to distract others.

13. During the VF we will create materials, i.e. photos, reports, video recordings. By joining the shared space, you agree to the use of your image on profiles promoting the activities of Urii Tsur and HolyStick.org. If you do not agree to this, please inform us immediately.

14. Sending the application form is tantamount to acknowledging and accepting these Regulations and consenting to the processing of personal data by the Organizer for information and marketing purposes in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data, Journal U. No. 101 item 926.
