This is an application/agreement to cover just some basic rules of the use for the venue. If you are a band that we do not know of we will ask for you Facebook page to ensure you're legit.

Our rules, check the boxes to agree: *

First off we want our 'L' sign to be visible at all times, this means no hiding or covering it.

While we understand you have no control of the crowd (Bouncers will be provided) we need to be sure damage to our equipment is avoided at all costs, this means you are liable for damages that may occur from use (circumstantial).

Our premises capacity is the absolute maximum (190 not inc band) and ticket sales will not exceed this.

You are allowed a free meal and can buy drinks but since you're considered staff you can not be intoxicated.

The free meals have a value limit of $150, this can be redeemed within the next 3 days of act if not that night

Drug use is an instant ban, along with the promotion of. (Creative freedom is still allowed but we ask as a curtesy that the mentioning of illegal or restricted substances is kept to a minimum)

All rubbish on stage must be cleared.

No fog or smoke machines.

If noise control comes and you do not comply, we have to pull the plug.

While we will put your event on our FB page and promote in the local gig guide, you are responsible for promotion and promotional material

For promotional material we require our correct logo that we will provide to be on the page. It can be small but as long as it's there that's okay (can be inverted to black L and white cirle).

Acts are to start no earlier than 9:30pm (Also circumstantial, ask us if this is an issue)

You will need to bring your own cash float and/or eftpos machine. If we do cash out on the premises we claim 10% to cover the transaction fees. There is an ATM 100m down the road from Lucky bar too.
