How does music and associated culture connect and interact with identity expression/ formation? 
Hi, I'm an HSC Society and Culture student, and we have to do a Personal Interest Project (PIP) as our major work.
This questionnaire aims to assess the connection between music and identity expression/ formation and if the different environment someone is brought up in influences their listening habits. This survey involves both closed questions and short answer questions and should only take a few minutes of your time.
