To be eligible and considered for acceptance into the 406 Labs Incubator, you must meet a number of criteria including:

1) You must be a student, faculty, or alumni of MSU or UofM, or a Montana resident thinking about or in the early stages of launching a business in Montana.
2) You may have received grant funding, but you have not yet accepted any investment capital other than from family and friends for this business.
3) Be willing to allocate 10+ hours per week for 10 weeks to progressing your business plan, including 2 hours per week participating actively in online training modules with the other teams in this program, and 1 hour per week working with an assigned mentor.
4) Commit to developing/refining a written business plan to present at the completion of the program.

Our curriculum is carefully designed for companies that meet these criteria. If you don't meet those criteria, we we will not be able to consider you for acceptance into this program.

To complete the application you will also need to provide URL links to your online biography or a LinkedIn profile, and a 2-3 minute video of yourself telling us why you feel you are an excellent candidate for the 406 Labs Incubator.  Please TEST YOUR LINKS to make sure they work properly and do not require passwords to access.  Have these elements ready before you attempt to complete this application.

Entries will close on February 16th 2022 at midnight MT, so please be sure to submit your application before then.

The program will commence the week of Feb 28th and run through to the week of May 9th.  We will pick a consistent two-hour time block each week that works for everyone and meet weekly at that time for the duration of the program. Your weekly mentor session will be scheduled at the convenience of you and your mentor.
