Potential Podcast Job Conundrums!!!
I'm workshopping ideas for a podcast that for job/work conundrums, but I can't organize it in my head without some actual real-life questions. Here's your place to tell me what you'd ask. All of this is anonymous; I only ask for your email address so I can get in touch to ask clarifying questions — and, potentially, ask if we can use your question in the theoretical podcast.

Can you share your age, gender, and how long you've been in your current workplace?
What sort of work do you do, and where do you do it? You can be pretty broad here, if you'd like, or very specific. ("IT in the Upper Midwest" or "Education non-profit in Pittsburgh," "Education admin in a small rural town" etc etc)
On a scale of 1-10, 1 being "very open to change" and 10 being "incredibly resistant to change and will take years to do so," how would you rate your organization?
Clear selection
If you could ask me and an actual, rotating expert a question about your job — or about the place of work in your life, just generally — what would it be? It can be broad and philosophical, or it can be very specific about your situation and a struggle you're having right now (with managing, with onboarding, with being managed....or whether or not you should quit, microaggressions on Slack, or uncompensated emotional labor, or how to create better rhythms, or how to have fewer meetings, WHATEVER, TRULY, I WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT).
