Documents are required in the office before student can be officially enrolled.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Parent/legal custodial guardian's picture identification
- Original or certified birth certificate for your Kindergartener
- Current Immunizations
- Proof of Residency (mortgage statement, lease agreement, recent utility bill, etc.)
