Honey Locust Sangha CTC Interest Form
Please fill in this form to let us know of your interest in being considered for membership on the CTC. 

To be eligible to serve on the CTC, you must meet the following criteria: 

*Be a regular mindfulness practitioner who has been actively involved in Honey Locust Sangha for at least a year;
*Have a regular presence at Monday night meditations (in person or via Zoom);
*Have received the Five Mindfulness Trainings; and
*You are available and committed to attending a once-per-month two hour meeting for two hours (usually via Zoom).

Filling out this form will let us know of your interest any year that openings may occur. Note that CTC member selections are based on a number of factors that serve the Sangha and the CTC needs.
