DISMANTLING:
Dismantling of the stalls will start at 6 PM on 04 Nov 2023 and should be completed in all respects including removal of unwanted material by 04 Nov 2023, 11.30 PM

Customised Power Connection (Per KVA): INR 3500. Additional electricity fees will apply to all custom-built stands, with the total usage calculated at the conclusion of the event.

Additional Chair: INR 450 for 3 Days

Table (1m x 0.5m x 0.75m): INR 900 for 3 Days

Glass Shelf (1.2 m x 0.3m each): INR 600 for 3 Days

Panelling (RMTR): INR 750 for 3 Days

Magazine Stand: INR 1500 for 3 Days

10. Advertising/Promotion at the Expo Venue

Venue Outdoor Hoarding (20 Ft Wide X 10 Ft Tall): INR 40,000 + GST

Venue Outdoor Medians - Set of 2 (4 Ft Wide X 8 Ft Tall): INR 12,000 + GST

Venue - Ceiling Drop Banners - Set of 5 (3 Ft Wide X 6 Ft Tall): INR 20,000 + GST

Large LED Screen - Still Photo (5 Seconds X 10 impressions/Day): INR 10,000 + GST

Large LED Screen - Video (15 Seconds/per impression): INR 5,000 + GST

Terms and Conditions

1. 100% Payment to be made in advance before 22 October 2023
2. Onsite availability of the rentals will be limited and is subject to availability. You can check out at the Expo Office at the venue.
3. Payment is non-refundable once the order placed
