NSCS Application for Enrollment 2024-2025 
This application is for the upcoming 2024-25 school year only. We accept applications starting in January of the current upcoming school year.  We do not hold applications for future school years.

This form is also available in a paper form. If you prefer to fill out a paper application, and drop it off or mail it to the school, please click here. 

This form is for new K-6 students only. Existing students do NOT need to fill out a new application each year; existing students fill out the Student Recommitment Form to re-enroll for 2024-25.  Preschool applicants, do not use this application; please fill out the NSCS Preschool Enrollment Application.

North Shore Community School is a tuition-free public charter school.
North Shore Community School adheres to Minnesota state law regarding enrollment practices. These practices include:
  • NSCS will enroll all students who submit an application on or before the first day of March unless the number of applications exceeds the capacity of a class, grade level, or building.
  • In the event that applications exceed capacity, a lottery may be conducted on the second Tuesday of March.
  • Students are enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis after the lottery until grade levels are full.
