Park Forest Middle Magnet Transition to 6th Grade Summer Camp
Thank you all for registering your child for Park Forest Middle's upcoming 6th Grade Transistional Camp!  Please note, there have been a few changes since you have received notice of the camp:
  • Camp dates: June 12- June 22
  • Camp times: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Bus transportation will not be provided.  Each participant must be a car rider or walker. --Rides must arrive by 12:00 noon for dismissal.
The following form must be completed for students to be eligible for participation in the Transition to 6th Grade Summer Camp. Deadline to apply is May 22, 2023.  (If registering more than one child, complete a separate registration form for each child.)
