4th on Broadway: Non-Food Vendor Application
The 2025 4th on Broadway Reliant’s Picnic Under the Stars will be held on Friday, July 4th in Mackenzie Park from 5 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Apply early to make sure there is a diverse selection of vendors and vending items as there is a limitation on the number of vendors that can sell a certain item. To ensure your spot and your top item choices to sell, turn in a completed application with payment early. **DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS MAY 19.**
  • Each vendor is required to attend the vendor's meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Lubbock Memorial Civic Center at 1501 Mac Davis Lane. At this meeting we will review set-up times, booth locations, operation requirements and general event management.
  • Civic Lubbock, Inc. will assign each vendor a booth location. The earliest delivered or postmarked completed applications with fee will be given preference for requested locations and items to be sold. Your location placement will be given to you at the vendor's meeting. Once you have been assigned a location you may NOT move to another location.
  • We encourage you to decorate your booth in a patriotic manner.
  • ALL vendors must have general liability insurance coverage of $500,000. You must provide a certificate of general liability insurance with your application, naming the City of Lubbock and Civic Lubbock, Inc. as additional insureds.
  • ALL beverage sales are a primary source of income for Civic Lubbock, Inc. – the non-profit that produces 4th on Broadway. Accordingly, we handle all drink sales directly – vendors will be prohibited from selling drinks. As a NON-FOOD VENDOR, you also agree to not sell food items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep 4th on Broadway the 'Largest FREE Festival in Texas.'

NON-FOOD VENDOR GUIDELINES AS A VENDOR IN THE 2025 4TH ON BROADWAY CELEBRATION RELIANT’S PICNIC UNDER THE STARS, TO BE HELD ON JULY 4TH, I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• I understand that I must be covered by general liability insurance. I will provide Proof of Coverage with this application, naming the City of Lubbock and Civic Lubbock, Inc. as additional insureds.

• I agree that if I sell any drink or food product I will be immediately shut down, considered a trespasser, and will be banned from future events.

• I agree to abide by all City of Lubbock regulations and ordinances. I agree that appliances requiring electricity that are not listed on this application must not be used.

• I agree to sell only items listed on this application. I understand that Civic Lubbock, Inc. reserves the right to prohibit the sale of items that it, in its sole discretion, deems unsuitable for 4th on Broadway.

• I agree that I will receive two free parking passes at the vendor meeting. If additional passes are needed, requests will be considered.

• I understand that the all vendors are responsible for their own change.

• I agree not to switch locations with another vendor without written approval from Civic Lubbock, Inc. I understand that every vendor is placed for a specific reason and that any vendor violating this policy will be subject to a heavy fine and banned from future events.

• I have read the foregoing application and to the extent I have provided information in it, that information is correct.

• I agree that any right I may acquire as a result of my accepted application is contingent with my current and continuing adherence to these guidelines.
