Client information is confidential and written authorization is required to release any information. You will have a brief consultation with your practitioner during/prior to the appointment. All Services rendered by our practitioners are non-refunable if there's an issue with the service you will have to discuss with the practitioner on site. 

Client Agreement: I understand that spa services not limited to and including Lash Extensions, Manicures, Pedicures, Facials, Body Treatments and therapeutic massage therapy does not diagnose,  heal illness, disease, and any physical or mental disorder(s). I understand that at any time I feel pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapeutic spa practitioner.  I have stated my pertinent medical conditions, and will update the spa practitioner if there are any changes in my health status. By my electronic signature below, I agree to the massage policy and client agreement above.
