Below is the form for all returning students who would like to enroll in our "Family of Faith" program. This program is for students in GRADES 1-6. If you have multiple returning children, please fill out one form for each child. This form is for returning students only.
Students entering Grade 1 this Fall, and any other new students to our program, must complete the "New Student" registration form on our parish website,
sjecm.org - click on the Faith Formation link.
Returning students entering Grade 7 this Fall should have completed the Confirmation application. Returning students entering Grade 8 this Fall have been moved up to their second year of Confirmation prep. We simply ask that you pay the registration fee online. (See link below). If you have questions about your child's Confirmation prep, please email us at
confirmation@sjecm.org.
