Speaker Agreement
By submitting your proposal, you are agreeing to the following:         (1) PowerPoint presentations must be submitted for feedback by April 1st.       (2) All handouts and presentation support materials, including final PowerPoint presentations, must be electronically provided to MO-AHEAD by April 15. These materials MUST be provided in accessible formats and will be posted on MO-AHEAD’s website for participant download.       (3)Any videos shown during presentations must be captioned. Video captioning is the responsibility of the presenter.       (4)Presenters must verbally describe any visual aids used during a session.       (5)MO-AHEAD reserves the right to modify your preferred format length.       (6)Presentations will be at the discretion of the MO-AHEAD Program Committee to provide feedback asking presenters to potentially address certain topics within their presentation and/or ensure that the information provided meets the professional standards set forth by AHEAD. *
