Highlands Little League (HLL) is looking for strong candidates to lead our HLL Kids in all divisions. We are seeking qualified individuals whose interest is in developing individual baseball skills, along with the development of teamwork and commitment.  They should also possess strong coaching skills, be positive with kids and parents, have good sportsmanship and have the ability to demonstrate and show positive support to the future of the Highlands Little League.

In order to promote a pool of solid candidates HLL has implemented a manager / head coach    selection process. The selection process for managers will include an application and an interview with both the Field Vice President and an additional board member. Selected applicants’ names will be submitted to the HLL President for approval and final selections will be made by the Board of Directors.  Head coaches will complete the application and Volunteer Form only. 

 If selected for either a manager or coach position, a completed and approved Volunteer Form or a Returning Volunteer Form is also required on file prior to participating in any HLL Functions as a Manager/Head Coach. Attendance at the HLL Safety Clinic (if scheduled) and attendance at all Manager Meetings is also required.
