1. Food restriction
Please let us know if there is anything you cannot eat or drink because of your religion, creed, health or any other reasons. Basically, we are going to have Buddhist vegetarian food during the training without meat, fish, eggs and dairy.

If you have any medical issues or injuries, you will be required to be permitted by a doctor or practitioner to certifying you are fine enough to join the training prior to the beginning of the training.If you have any issues, injuries or any concerns, please let us know.

＜Agreement/ Cancellation policy＞
For all attendees' safety and satisfaction, please read the following Agreement and cancellation policy carefully. When agreeable, please put your digital signature in the designated place. Should you disagree with or fail to show your consent to a content of the Agreement and/or the cancellation policy, we will not be able to process your registration to the training course.
■ Agreement ■
1. Participants should maintain an atmosphere encouraging mutual respect, civil and congenial relationships and free from all forms of harassment and violence, where everyone can discuss their differences and exchange ideas openly, honestly and respectfully. Breach of this general rule may result to expulsion from the training.

2. The behavior and attitude of participants, while at a temple where we will stay and do practice, should respect culture of the temple and enhance the spiritual atmosphere of the temple.

3. Conductors, such as Andrei Ram, Keisuke Sakakibara, Midori Tamate and Yuki Nango, and supporting staff members ("Organizers")  are not responsible for any property of yours including belongings or personal goods which may be lost/stolen.

4. By attending the training, you are stating you understand that physical movement such as Yoga poses and techniques may include strenuous physical demands on the body and as such you are only performing said movements as is appropriate for your age, ability and physical condition. You expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time for injury of any kind against Organizers and other participants.
■ Cancellation policy ■
* Cancellations before May 24th, will receive a full refund.
* Cancellations between May 25th and June 24th, can receive 80% refund.
* Cancellations between June 25th and July 18th, can receive 60% refund.
* Cancellations between July 19th and 25th, can receive 40% refund.
* No refunds or transfers are available for no shows or cancellations after the training starts.
※ Upon refunding, we will pay you back less a transfer fee.
※ If you find yourself unable to attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible.


- Your registration will be secured when your payment is confirmed by us. To prove your payment, please send us a copy of a record of the payment.

- Should you cancel your registration after your payment, cancellation fee may be charged to your payment based on the rules above, depending on when you cancel.

- If the training cannot be organised before the start of the training due to force majeure, Andrei's ill health, Andrei's family circumstances or circumstances on the part of the venue, the training fee will be refunded in full, minus any bank transfer charges.
However, we cannot compensate for the costs of transport, accommodation before and after the course and other expenses arranged by the participants, and you will have to bear these costs.

- If for any reason the training is interrupted after the start of the training, we will refund a pro-rata amount depending on the number of days remaining in the training.

- Force majeure events that may cause a cancellation include epidemics, natural disasters, war, fire or accidents.
