I understand that my spot is reserved only once I complete this Google form and pay the retreat deposit. If I decide to cancel before August 3rd, I will be refunded my payment minus $50 to cover costs. After August 3rd, I will not be refunded, but may transfer my registration to a different attendee. Full payment is due by August 3rd, three weeks before the retreat, unless otherwise arranged with Cory. *
