Testlio is a software testing company, and we hire freelancers worldwide to help our clients deliver better value to their customers. To cooperate with freelancers more efficiently, we created our Platform. The platform is a unique solution to keep in touch with a community of freelance testers worldwide. Thanks to the Platform, you can set up your profile, add your devices, languages you speak, and everything that makes you a tester.

We are currently looking for a Freelance Software Tester to help with a Localization testing project for a Social Media company.

What we expect you to do:

  • Review professional translations to adjust to local usage of the language.

  • Verify localized multimedia content to discard any translation or technical mistakes.

  • Test the app in the target language.

  • Provide feedback about cultural aspects in selected regions.

Project description and requirements:

  • Type of testing: Functional, Localization

  • Locations: Denmark

  • Cadence of runs: Ad hoc

  • Workload: Approximately 5 hours of work per week

  • Devices you will need: iPhone/Android phone and Windows PC/laptop/Macbook

  • The pay rates start at $20 USH/h. Payments are made every week via PayPal or Payoneer. 

Selection process:

  • Your responses will be reviewed within a couple of business days and, if you are eligible, we will contact you via email with the next steps, which include: 

  1. Creating an account on our platform

  2. Taking 2 certification tests on our platform (Functional Regression Testing Certificate and Localization Course)

  3. Project Onboarding (it will be considered as working time and will be compensated to you)
