Camp Interest Form

Please fill out the following form for us to gauge interest in Cub Scout Camp. We will let you know as soon as registration becomes available. We apologize in advance if some of the questions are repeated. For families of LIONS, it is important to note that for safety reasons there must be a one:one, parent:scout ratio. That means an adult must stay with his/her child for the duration of camp. Additionally, on-site volunteers must complete the YPT training as well as attend a district led proticol meeting. Date and time TBD.

Please list ALL PARTICIPANTS and his/her category. For example: John Doe (scout), Jane Doe (parent volunteer), Mary Doe (TAG), Jim Doe (Jr. Helper) *

Pack 828 requires at least one day of parent participation per scout attending camp. Please check all boxes of interest for parent volunteers. *

Material Prep before camp starts

On-site weekend help prior to camp (1/2 day morning or afternoon)

On-site parent volunteer for our Pack (Must be online Youth Protection Trained)

On-site station helper (Must be online Youth Protection Trained. Super easy! It is a repeat of the same activity for different groups of scouts.)

On-site weekend tear down (not sure of times; either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning)
