Sprout SMP Applications
Hi :) This is the official application form for the Sprout SMP. Submissions will close August 5th! Only 20 people will be accepted but as the SMP continues more spots will be available. This is only the first round of applications

Before you Apply:
I. This SMP is JAVA ONLY, Bedrock/Mobile Players will not be able to join.
II. 16+ Age Requirement
III. There is no follower count required so if you want to apply please do!

How Old are you? I understand some minors not feel safe disclosing their age but we want to make sure people are following the 16+ age requirement
Do you Stream on Twitch or Youtube? If no do you have plans to? (There is no need to but its good to have an understanding of who will be streaming content regarding the SMP)
If You stream what is your username? Disclose twitch or youtube pls :)
Do you have a microphone to talk to other people in the server in order to participate in other members streams?
