♡ ♡ Avustusta voi hakea TOKYOn jäsen tai ARTSin opiskelijajärjestö. Mikäli projektiin kuuluu poikkitieteellistä toimintaa, mutta tapahtuma on avoin kaikille TOKYOn jäsenille ja hyödyttää selkeästi opiskelijakuntaamme, riittää, että projektin toteuttavana tahona on mukana vähintään yksi TOKYOn jäsen tai ARTSin opiskelijajärjestö.
♡ ♡ TOKYO funding can be applied by a TOKYO member or ARTS student association. If project included multidisicplinary actions, but event is open for all TOKYO members and can be seen benefitting for all of our students, is enough, that only one person of the executive unit of the project is a TOKYO member or an ARTS student association.

♡ ♡ Avustusten tarkoituksena on tukea opiskelijoita osallistumalla sellaisten hankkeiden kustannuksiin, jotka hyödyttävät TOKYOlaisia, olipa kyse sitten konkreettisesta hyödystä (visuaalisen puolen hommat ja yleinen viihtyvyys) tai henkimaailman asioista (#tokyolove). Avustuksia on myönnetty esimerkiksi taiteellisiin projekteihin, tapahtumiin, sekä julkaisuihin.
♡ ♡ The meaning of the grants is to support students in the projects that benefit all the TOKYO members. The benefits can be concrete (visuals, overall coziness of the community, publications, seminars) or more spiritual (#tokyolove, events which create nice community buzz). Earlier the grants have been granted for i.e. artistic projects, events and publications.

♡ ♡ Tyypillinen haitari tuelle, joka koskee juhlia on 0-50 euroa. Yli 50 euron tuki juhlille tulee olla perusteltu ja hakemuksen tulee sisältää tarkka budjettierittely. Muille projektille niiden kestosta, laajuudesta, sekä budjetista riippuen voidaan myöntää tukea aina 500 euroon asti.
♡ ♡ Typical variation for party funding is 0-50 euros. Party funding exceeding 50 euros should be justified and the application must include a detailed budget. For other projects, depending on the extend, timeline and budget of the project can be up to 500 euros.

♡ ♡ Avustuksen myöntämistä puoltaviksi seikoiksi katsotaan, että projekti järjestetään ensimmäistä kertaa ja on kertaluontoinen.
♡ ♡ Events that are occuring first time and are bound to happen only once are favoured.

♡ ♡ Projektiavustushakemuksen voi toimittaa missä vaiheessa vuotta tahansa. Avustushakemus tulee toimittaa TOKYOn hallituksen vahvistamalla lomakkeella, jonka liitteenä on koko hankkeen toteutussuunnitelma (mitä, missä, milloin tehdään?) ja talousarvio (mihin rahat käytetään?). Hallitus käsittelee hakemuksen seuraavassa kokouksessaan.
♡ ♡ The Project funding application can be left any time during the year. Application has to be done through TOKYO's application form and include attachements of the plan of actions (what, where, when and why is done) and the budget (how money is spent). The TOKYO board will go through the applications in the next possible meeting.

♡ ♡ Hakemus projektiavustuksen saamiseksi on jätettävä ennen projektin toteutuksen käynnistämistä. Mikäli kyseessä on tapahtuma, tämä tarkoittaa ennen laajemman mainonnan aloittamista. Mikäli kyseessä on julkaisu tai taiteellinen projekti, ennen lopullista julkaisua.
♡ ♡ The application has to be left before the actions for the projects are starting to take place. If the project is an event, application is to be left before the start of the advertising. If the project is an publication or artistic project, the application is to be left before the final draft of the project.

♡ ♡ Kyseistä projektia varten järjestetty muu rahoitus ei vaikuta alentavasti avustuksiin, ellei se kata kaikkia projektista aiheutuvia kuluja. Muu varainhankinta katsotaan ansioksi.
♡ ♡ Other funding for the project does not affect for TOKYO funding, if it does not cover all the costs budjeted. Other money rising will be seen as income.

♡ ♡ Avustus maksetaan pääsääntöisesti jälkikäteen esitettyjä kuitteja ja muita selvityksiä vastaan. Tästä poikkeavasta menettelystä on sovittava erikseen yhdistyksen toiminnanjohtajan kanssa.
♡ ♡ The grants will be paid against the receipts and other clarifications of the event, after the ending of the project. If wishing an exeption for this procedure, contact TOKYO's chairperson for further discussion.
