The Polk County Swine show is a terminal show, which means all swine exhibited must leave the fairgrounds and go directly to harvest at Eggert's Slaughtering.
ALL exhibitors must schedule with a locker plant for pigs that are not sold at auction.
Processors listed below will not accept pigs without an appointment.
Processors that do not normally work with Eggert's will require prepayment for harvest.
