Notice on Advertising:
Our outstanding turnout of nearly 2500 people each show would be impossible without the use of advertisement on Facebook, Newspapers, Magazines, and Radio. Because of the great pride we have in our ability to drive such high-quality patrons through the door, we kindly ask that you please get your applications in as soon as possible.

A Late Fee of $37.50 will be applied to all balances not paid by ***AUGUST 31 2022***

I hereby agree to the following terms:

I understand the rules and regulations which govern my registration for the Fall Spiritual Holistic Expo 2022, which may be amended, modified, or changed at anytime with or without notice. For updated terms, which may be made after you submit payment, you will be notified via email of any new regulations -- you will not be bound to these new terms until you submit a signed letter (or email) of agreement.

Everyone for whom I authorize access to my booth must sign the form below.

Two tickets come with the booth, should you choose to include more people, they will be charged the daily rate of $10 per person per day.

I acknowledge that I have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement for the entity described above, and further will only conduct business or a services consistent with that which was described above.

I acknowledge that this contract is not complete until full payment is received and notated by Isabelle Moll, further I recognize that my spot at the show will be removed should this payment not be received, and that

I need to submit a non-refundable minimum deposit of $150.00 + $50.00 per extra booth requested. In the event of booth cancelation, this deposit cannot be returned, because it is being used to cover expense for the setup of the booth and advertisement. If a cancelation is requested more than three (3) weeks prior to the show, we would be happy to move the remaining amount paid to the next show for your convenience.

I / we (to include all the interested and uninterested parties, affiliates, benefactors, family, and inheritor of myself and my business) will hereby irrevocably indemnify NicNac Charities Inc. (EIN 81-3787631), Spiritual Holistic Expos, any of its subsidiaries, officers, members from legal responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or injury. I also elect to hold Agri-plex Center and the Agricultural Society Associations, or any Director, officer of either association harmless from legal liability of any kind.

I will be responsible for any claims or refunds that may arise from a client to whom I have provided service or products at the Spiritual Holistic Expo.

CLICKING THE SUBMIT BUTTON SHALL CONSTITUTE YOUR LEGAL SIGNATURE, which, per the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) and/or the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN), at 15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq., represents my agreement to be legally bound to the terms above
