Are you reserving the front room, back room, or both of the Rainbow Lounge? *
If you want a private meeting/event without students walking in we recommend reserving just the back room where the doors can close but the front area of the Rainbow Lounge can remain open.  During the Rainbow Lounge operational hours (Monday through Friday; 12-6pm) any student can still utilize the main Rainbow Lounge area (Pritchett) if they need help or access to a student worker on duty.

Please remember to wear masks when not eating and keep apart. If there is food at your event, your group is responsible for cleaning up afterwards.

If your group is using the Rainbow Lounge when it's not staffed by a student worker then please turn off lights and shut ALL doors when you leave.
