Summer School 2020
Register of interest for the 2020 Broadstone Music Series Summer School taking place on 22nd, 23rd and 24th July.  Please fill out one of these forms for each person wishing to take part.  For orchestral instrumentalists aged between 10 and 18 years of age (not piano, sax, recorder or guitar).  PLEASE NOTE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS 01/05/2020 - please note that once you have received confirmation from Alison Kay of acceptance payment becomes due immediately and definitely by the 1st May 2020.  In the event that the summer school does not take place, a full refund will be issued to those who have already paid.

I agree to pay the fee for the workshop Summer School, £100.00 for the three days by the deadline given (to be advised) and understand that my child's place will only be secured once I have received confirmation of acceptance on to the course and the fee has been paid.  This is a really popular course and often oversubscribed.  Therefore, non-receipt of fees by the date required, unfortunately, will result in your child's place being offered to someone on the waiting list. Details of how to pay will follow with further correspondence. *
