Entry Information (Section 3)

Input up to eight (8) possible entries. (Adult Champion Entrantsmust complete at least three (3) entries and Youth Champion Entrants must complete at least two (2) entries.) Please provide the following information for each entry:

     a.  Use the drop down menu to pick an appropriate Category/Subcategory for the entry. YOUTH and CHILDREN'S Division categories are at the bottom of the list.

     b.  Provide a brief description of the entry (limit 100 characters).

     c.  Indicate into which competition your entry is placed. If "General", you must also provide Division and Group Entry info.

     d.  If entry is placed into the General Competition, indicate into which Division the entry should be placed. "Novice" is limited (see Competition Rules for details).

     e.  If entry is a Group Entry (see Competition Rules for details), please indicate, and list the SCA names of other group members in the "Group Additional Names" field.

When information for all of your entries has been entered, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE INFORMATION AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE CORRECTIONS AFTER SUBMITTING!
